A rare-well Steak requires an uneven cut steak combing all stages of cooking in one single steak: rare, medium rare, medium, medium well and well done. When choosing a ribeye steak it’s recommended to have the fat eye on the more cooked side of the steak, and the lean side cooked rare and medium rare.
